Watercolor Pickup

I love the old postcard fibe I get from this card. I'm still practicing my watercolor stamping with Tim Holtz Distress Markers. For this card I used Theresa Momber's "Country Roads" that I purchased two years ago. The paper looks torn as I used torn Post-Its to mask the edges. The perfect masculine birthday card.

  1. Hi Sharon! What a stunning card! I think that your practicing is making perfect! I love how you did the edges - I had to re-read that to understand what you did because it looks like you tore the paper! Awesome! I am going to have try that. This truly looks like you freehanded this card. So beautiful!! PS - the twine and leaf - perfect (I was sidetracked by the watercoloring and forgot about the reason for the challenge!) Thanks for playing along with us at Retro Rubber!

  3. Fantastic - vintage and masculine, beautiful watercolouring and using the torn post its for masking to give a torn paper effect is fantastic, it means the card looks layered without being too heavy or bulky for posting. Thanks for sharing at Cardz 4 Guyz
