Wood Ducky

I decided to make a birthday card for my father-in-law. He is quite the Louisiana sportsman, so I made a wood duck with the Elizabeth Craft's Rubber Ducky die.

I have to mention that it is no easy task to find pictures of Louisiana wildlife. I put in a Google search for "Louisiana ducks". When I clicked on images I got an entire page of men in camouflage overalls holding up dead ducks. I may be a reasonably good card maker, but even I could not manage to make this cute little duck look dead, and besides wood ducks are "OUT OF SEASON".

Ultimately, here is a very "cute" wood duck.
